Every Sunday evening is movie night at our house, and I really can't tell you how much I adore it. We take turns picking the movie, snuggle up in a blanket, have something delicious for dinner (in front of the TV!), and follow THAT with popcorn and snacks. Not good for the diet, but definitely good for the soul!
Last night, Don picked Ghost Writer, and it wasn't a terrible movie. That being said, the plot was somewhat weak, and the ending unsatisfactory. The most impressive thing about the movie was the art! Seriously! I am inspired anew. Much of the movie takes place inside the compound of Lang, the former Prime Minister, and the art on the walls is fabulous. In addition, the house itself is great. It's concrete, modern, and gritty. I love it!
